But from what I remember, Violet isn't actually pregnant. She was given a drug (I think that was what it was) by Winters parents that would make her believe she was pregnant and have the symptoms but she'd never actually have a baby. They did this because they want to break up Winter and Violet since he'd began to care for her and see her side of the story
