Yeah, I'm not exactly comfortable with cross-species mating -- but if it's to make the story engaging then it's tolerable.
That scene was funny for me than anything, since it was portrayed in a way that there was hardly any sexual, romantic tension.
The mc also left since they couldn't finish, and she straight up told the servants that "your lord (the beast) couldn't get it up".
