Plus more drama and miscommunication might allow readers to learn more about the feelings and thoughts of involved characters and also potentially learn more about the storyyy :))))) Just an opinion because whenever I see the comment section with rant comments of telling them to 'just communicate already he's being manipulative' it's kind of a downer when there's more to it than just that (as much as it was my choice to scroll down and read the comments) negative things tend to stick more than positive things sadly
Okay so I guess it's another comment section full of ' This dude needs to communicate!!! ¯_ಠ_ಠ_/¯' Being truthful about ur own feelings is really really hard and all the more with the past experiences our precious bby went through. That doesn't make it any more right but I think in a way it contributes to flesh out his character
