so if you remember in the beginning the Feng has the doctor switch his and yi's embryos [?]. no one knows this [until he tells yi in chap. 146] so everyone is led to believe that fengs are still being kept somewhere. later on the aunt steals the embryo thinking its fengs to create a child. however what she stole was actually yiyi's and not fengs because rourou is fengs and making the new baby is yi's. I hope this makes some type of sense and helps [its like 3am here and I'm tired lol]. you can read ch.146, Feng explains it and a little bit in 144 when yiyun talks about rourou
