kim chul soo is the real name of the son of the president of jodong Pharma company while Han Sang Yoo is the name of the omega male lead who was experimented. in the story Jodong Pharma's president swap their names so that the prince would be wed to to his beta son so he could get Alimony even if they divorced then the real Han Sang Yoo was told to accompany the son because the pharma company wanted to check manifestation (for experiment) from the omega male lead if he gets closer priximity to the prince who is an alpha. although the uke doesnt have any idea on what they were planning he just know tht he needs to accompany the son, take his medicines and report any reactions.
Correction: the son of jodong pharma took the uke's name the son's real name is not kim chul soo but lee han seok.
Han originally went by the name of Han Sang Yul but before they went to the palace, another person (the guy who was hitting him earlier on) took his name so that they thought that he was the real Han Sang Yul. At that time, everyone just thought Han was someone extra staying at the palace from the company to help “Han Sang Yul”.
The prince just figured out that Han is actually Han Sang Yul (because Han kept answering to the name as if it’s his) and has most likely experienced terrible experiments due to how he is.
Man, that’s a lot of “han”…
