Look- I'm trying to understand Winter, I really fucking am but this guy just makes me want to jump into this Manhwa and throttle him and throw him off a tall building.
He doesn't want to divorce Violet because he thinks she is his object, his possession, his to keep, his to abuse, his to discard.
He is emotionally abusive and the signs of it are all there in the story uptil now and are especially evident when he is angry or Violet is asking for a divorce. He demeans her at every point and it's not just happened once, it just keeps on happening. I fucking hate his guts and his past trauma is no excuse for the useless excuse if a human being he is right now.
Your trauma can explain your behaviour not excuse it and for Winter everything gets brushed under the rug because of it.
