u can just use the regular brush tool to erase the words in bubble text or to redraw some lines, and theres also a clone(?) tool that u can copy paste the background bit by bit to hide the sfx (but this is easier if u have photoshop tho, if on mobile, picsart also have the clone tool that i use sometimes too) i hope this makes sense? >_<
hi do you know an editing app that can erase things in the picture w/o affecting the quality? like in a manga panel u will erase the some words
