You should try reading it. This story has an amazing well developed characters and a very interesting plot. It also have a novel, donghua/anime, live action and audio drama.
READ THE NOVEL THE MANHWA AND WATCH THE DONGHUA!!! after that, do the same with "Heaven's Official Blessing". BOTH stories are REALLY GOOD. (same author) . ( theres also a live action but im not really fond of humans so go ahead and do what you want, but you definitely should check out this story. And yes, its a bl.)

Yes. The novel is one of the best character-driven Xianxia stories I've read. The live-action adaptation was tamed down quite a bit, in spite of its name "The Untamed", but it's still excellent entertainment. I didn't enjoy the donghua, although the art was very pretty, but I don't mind the manhua, which sticks pretty close to the original story.
