If you read it, the uke wasn’t being kind when he gave the seme those gifts. He even explained it in a monologue/flashback where he thought those items are left overs and he thinks that the seme is no better than an insect compared to himself. There’s even a part where one of the Uke friend saying to the uke to actually be kind to the roommate(seme) because the uke is a jerk/bastard. There’s also that part where uke really likes the smell that seme has and seme even though he was poor, went out to buy the laundry detergent for the uke since he liked it so much. But uke left it to dust because he didn’t want to associate himself with the same smell as the seme or else people will look down on him. I don’t know where you got the uke being kind to the seme but they are both messed up. And the whole point is literally in the title “Stockholm syndrome”
I want to know the seme's perspective on doing all of this. Like what's wrong with him??
Ugh I'm sad for the uke, he doesn't deserve any of this. He's kinda insensitive sometimes but he meant well. It's sad how kind he is with the seme, gifting him things etc. While seme consistently insults him after. I'm hoping for a satisfying redemption arc.
