in the first part of the chap shin is talking to like his imaginary self. he is talking about what he truly desires and what he wants. in the second half of the chapter they are talking about the future of the kingdom. The 'queen mother' has given them 3 conditions for her help in consolidating power for the kingdom.
1 = recover shin from his illness.
2 = make her the queen mother.
3 = produce an heir (have a kid)
with the 3rd option they were saying how biologically shin and the king cannot have a child (she jokes about using magic to allow shin to have a kid) and then jokes some more about the king having his own child. so like giving birth to his own kid.
The red-headed woman said she could get Shin pregnant, but Wolfgang said she didn't want Shin to be hurt, so he'd rather get pregnant with Shin's baby. Sorry if you don't understand, English is not my native language.
