I dont think it's the actual name it's just maybe the translation is off usually most manhwas have several names because the translations are of different versions
It could be that he’s (uke) slowly sympathizing with the seme, starting to like him and stuff. It doesn’t have to mean that the person gets kidnap and they start to love their captor. I guess in this case it’s seme blackmailing uke and uke slowly liking his blackmailer. And I’m sure he’s slowly liking him (although he wouldn’t know it yet) because he starts to defend the seme’s actions with his friend, and he tried to appeal leniency to the seme in court( which means lessen sentence), and we can even see that in 10 years the uke still feel something about the seme like how he felt guilty and saying sorry to him when he was drugged/drunk
