Idk man not every gay man has the intention to just sleep with men when they crossdress besides, the uke's only dream was to talk to the seme when he crossdressed.
My problem isn't with crossdressing. No matter gender or sexuality if you love crossdressing, do it. But in the manga you see the motivations why the uke in this case did it... with that is where I have an issue. It gives me weird feelings about it.
It just happens that in many manga i've read crossdressing is used in that way... for the character to get close to the love interest because they happen to be straight. But we know sexuality is fluid so... no matter how their partner looks like they will fall in love regardless which is great. Love to see it.
But still using crossdressing to make the love interest to find them approachable is my issue.

But i always find it weird when gay men cross dress as a women to get a straight men to sleep with them. In real life it is quite problematic tbh.
The story worked cuz the seme was a good person. But in other contexts you know what could had happened.
