Yess he did say he hated Alex. Alex deluded himself thinking Clark loved him. But yeah I agree he probably liked the doctor. It was his finger in the end right?

This is an amazing story. I really wish Clark had warned the doctor better about Alex. Make him understand exactly what he was getting into. And damn Clark is so devoid of emotions that he always just looked either bored or shocked. I'm glad it wasn't a love story.
