Yeah me too I mean his life was falling apart he realized the people he thought were his friends never were he then developed a complex feeling like his own wife is looking down on him for losing everything then becomes sick with an unknown illness he practically wasn't in his right mind at that point but it also doesn't excuse abusing the wife and child but yeah the man is living a sad life
