well at first it is but I feel like both characters grow a lot during it I really liked it. Ofc no matter how much the ml grows what he did in his past life is still unacceptable. Then again the person he was in his past life doesn't define the person he is in his present life. So yeah fuck the ml in his past life but I really like present ml especially toward the later parts.
