Shin's alter ego was bad mouthing the plan about having a queen mother while Wolfgang and the other lady (I'm bad with names) were talking about his stubbornness. The lady mentioned her 3 requests in exchange for her help and one of them was for the king to produce an heir. But Wolfgang is gay af for Shin and said no. She then pointed to Shin and said he could make a baby, but Shin said no. Then she said the king could have Shin's baby, because his body was too weak so Wolfgang was scared but also probably fascinated with the idea of having Shin's baby.
