manwhas will always be a bit more dramatized for the sake of entertainment but the bullying issue in Korea is terrible, it borderlines full-on crimes such as sexual assault, theft, slander, cyber harassment, and more. The reason why these bullies aren't punished is because minors can't be charged or put into prison from my knowledge. Bullying in Korea is terrible and a lot harsher than just name-calling which is why many people commit suicide. You can do more research on this but this is just my basic understanding of it.

Yeah, that’s also why the bulling scandals from celebs are taken so seriously. I was so confused of why it was so serious at first since bulling were I live is just name calling. And normally if someone Bullys someone here they get bullied back by the person they are bullying. It’s more like bickering.
yeah . we're like that too if someone bullies us we fight back not just victim but everyone in class , but in fact i didn't see a true bully during my school time but just some childish pranks ,maybe it's bc we don't tolerate bullies . i wish someday they can have a fun school life too.
