I remember it too... I don't know why but I think it might be something by Miyamoto Kano, who created this whole terrorist agency universe across a bunch of mangas and that boy had survived something? Or maybe the art style was kinda like Kano-san's.
It's about a guy who owns a store in the country side, there's an apartment nearby where a guy who is known to be the shut out lives & never leaves the home. When he finally leaves the home the guy realizes his leg is disable & he walks w crutches. The shut out has a sugar daddy that pays his rent & later on the store owner & the shut out have a relationship. In the end the shut out kills himself cause he had a criminal record cause he killed his mom! I looked everywhere ! Help please :(
