it was still assault, the uke literally begged the seme to stop, saying “please, stop!” repeatedly etc. i’m glad he faced consequences for what he did.
Yes he did assault uke by invading his privacy, blackmailing him and forcing him and therefore he should be punished for it but the last sex between them wasn't exactly assault cause uke asked for it not seme , like if someone meets a stranger for one night stand and that person turns out to be an asshole then they can't report that person cause they themselves agreed for sex .
But besides the last scene ,I agree all the things seme did really r punishable but it's surprising how his imprisonment is based on what he did in the last scene instead of what he had been doing till then like forcing and blackmailing and this is what I wanted to point out .

I see... so well then in almost every yaoi I think there is rape cause in most of the sex scenes uke is most likely shouting "stop"repeatedly but I don't think anyone in the comment section every wrote or considered it as rape .
