Yea that is a possibility. But it can also be that, removal of Bram's ability will also remove the healing because that was a result of his ability anyways. It depends on how it works, if Bram's ability heals them or it just uses them as puppets.
ok I’m just curious so someone pls tell me if im wrong, but for akutagawa and jouno if they’re turned into vampires does that mean their wounds could be healed by their new vampire powers? I mean we don’t know exactly if that’s how bram’s ability works, but if that’s the case, then if the detective agency is able to destroy bram and most likely turn everyone back to normal, doesn’t that mean akutagawa and jouno could still be alive, or would their previous wounds go back to being wounds if they weren’t vampires anymore (and that’s only assuming that their wounds r healed as vampires)?
