Because that person did not have permission to upload the translation work of other people. Essentially “stealing”. It was not their right to “update” by uploading stolen work.

No, they are doing private uploads. Uploading on public sites is very risky and i’m sure you are aware that lawsuits are a high possibility. Of course fan translations aren’t legal, so if the author were to find out they were happening because this new uploader(that again is not affiliated with the translation group so again they don’t have permissions to upload) you guys are praising goes around posting translation work without permission who do you think gets in trouble? That translation team that was minding their own business.
