Maybe because cordelia didn’t asked for Prince’s picture and they are a bit of airhead... like he didn’t asked for her features until the monastery people asked. And not everyone is confident sending pictures immediately...

Why can't Liam send a painted picture of him to cordelia. Like yeah i know that their time zone but i think the picture won't be looking too bad right? But when i think about it again, when they send a book with cordelia's face on the cover it didn't seem like it changed or anything. I think the author didn't think about this part.
