I think it's just easier for the artist to draw the character with his clothes on
From my experience as an artist, the naked figure is easier to draw than the clothed one (since the usual way of drawing is drawing the naked siluhette first and then adding the clothes over that), so I most definitely think it's a kink thing. But, hey, every artist is different!

One thing I'll never understand about this author is their obsession with clothes during sex like WHY IS MY MANS FULLY CLOTHED while Dongho is butt naked. And I swear we only saw the Boss take his shirt off during sex once
