I think you're missing the point here?

The scene is erotic focused because it's that kind of genre, but it's like that to show how Kyle is pretty emotionally unstable and doing the wrong thing. It's not trying to make it look like a good thing, and that's why you all are feeling unconfortable about this. It's intended.

Kyle is probably too wrapped up in his own internal mess to notice what's actually happening; after all, that kids always says the same things "No", "stop", "it hurts" and stuff like that but he actually enjoys them. Even so, Kyle usually is very careful and pays attention to be sure that what he's doing is fine, this time he's not. He lost it. And yes, is awful and incorrect, but it's part of the story development.

Not all things in a story needs to be correct, or some kind of guide on human behavior. Characters has flaws and momentary bad behaviors as part of a plot. If everything would be perfect, we wouldn't had a story.
