The only one I liked in this manga is Akane. I really cried when he was forcing himself to act like Mei and imagine how it must've been hurt him when he thought of himself as a replacement for his twin brother, even I wouldn't be that strong to do that. I also hate Mei, don't hate me. It's just, he's like a spoiled brat in my eyes that always get what he wants by acting like that.
Honestly, I think it would be better if Akane and Keisuke didn't end up together because of course, there will still be the time where Akane will feel insecure because it might have been traumatized him the act he did before thinking of himself as a replacement. But well, they still ended up together because that's maybe what will make them happy.
I want to enter the manga and take Akane away if that's one way to keep him from hurting and make him happy.
