Well, it originated from Stockholm Sweden, it was a story where a guy was trying to rob a bank and tied up the employees, both male and female, and they were shocked when he didn't kill them, so after they were released by the police, all of them were worried and asked the police about how he's doing, Stockholm syndrome is basically having feelings for the kidnapper when they don't get killed or harmed, even pitty counts as one, it's kinda like how it's expected that a good student gets good grades but it's way more impressive if a bad student got good grades, something like that, you expect the kidnapper to kill you, but he's not acting as harsh as you expected to act, so you develop some sort of feelings for them, and the stereotypical feeling that's used in most movies and series is love
Because of curiosity about understanding Stockholm syndrome I searched it and now I understand why the title is Stockholm syndrome. Well good luck hahah
