That guy is the young king from the neighbouring country. He'll appear very very soon - most likely in 3-5 chapters. He has an outgoing and playful personality, but he's not a love interest. He's actually a childhood friend of Asher (they met when Asher first teleported
away from the assasins iirc), and he'll play a part in bringing down that Duchcess (Isis is her name I think?).
