The MC is married to Mr Shen’s, the male love interest, daughter however the daughter and Mr Shen share a body for an unexplained reason which means they continuously switch, so when the wife is present mr Shen is gone and vice versa, but the overall gist of the plot has been the MC spending time with his father In law and there being a spark growing between the two, but their interest towards each other has not been confirmed to each other. The MC’s marriage with Mr Shens daughter does seem to be on a friendhsip basis so there isn’t really any cheating going on in that sense. The things that have happened so far aren’t extremely crucial until now where their feelings are being shown a bit more. I Hope this helps (⌒▽⌒)
