why the rating is low?

First couple;
- Done naughty stuff behind his twin sister's back
- Toxic
- Unsatisfying ending
Question: What happened to his sister after they lived 'happily' ever after?

Second couple;
- Irrational decision(s) [Just like when the uke dated the director after getting hurt and the seme's choice of words that made the uke cry]
- Always getting interrupted
