the couple is kinda toxic, so i understand the mixed reviews
also it is just 1 couple in this story with a bit of a love triangle
personally, i like this manga cause of the sensei/student dynamic and art c:
so far i’m pretty sure it’s only the main couple. the story itself honestly depends on what your taste is so if you’re into like student-teacher and a bit i guess toxic(?) relationship then you should read it!

Maybe at the beginning when they first started getting involved with each other, yeah that part could be considered toxic. But not now and when they started their official relationship.
