need help finding bl manga

all I remember is this guy who was able to see the true self of this other guy which was a fox, and then he also ran into a fruit which was either a plum or a peach but he could see what it actually was and it had ears and a tail which turned out to be the little brother of the fox guy, I also remember there was this fence in his grandmother's house which had a unique plant growing on it but I think he was the only who was able to see it apart from the animal characteristics people, he also had a cut which I think had a bell but that cat turned out to be a woman that the animal characteristics people were looking for...i'm sorry this is all I remember
