Yes you can! When you are reading a chapter and would like to save a specific photo from your phone, click on the top right corner (3 parallels lines) of the top white dashboard ==> Choose "Old version" ==> done :)

Once you have done that, you should be able to tap on the photo to save it into your album from then.
