He is the half brother of that cousin that she executed he is not related to her
Glen mother had him in a previous relationship before meeting mc uncle

-Her uncle married had a son the one they executed
-remarried and glen was born from an affair between second wife and ex
-has a younger brother from his mother and her uncle
I think Glenn's mother had an affair with someone else and was born. The cousin that was executed mother was the first wife before Glenn's mother. (I have the memory of a gold fish so I don't remember everything fully)
I just thought about it and I don't remember what Glenn's story is, but isn't he related to her by blood and now he's her fiance? Or is he not related to her?
