Check about 4 chapters back. However, the princess honestly wasn’t horrible and even Ayne admitted there wasn’t anything she said that wasn’t true. Ayne had all the time in the world to talk and defend herself, but chose not to because she couldn’t argue against anything the princess said….because it was all true. Ayne decided to let things chill and she’d deal with it later. The princess wasn’t rude, didn’t yell…..she simply stated that she wasn’t happy with how Ayne treated Assad and that from here on out she’d be open about her love for Assad if Ayne didn’t love him. Seriously, I really don’t see anything wrong with it and neither did Ayne.
Maria is just so......not it for me.
