what is about the most of the lances are wiped out? can you explain because I stopped reading the novel and I know that it is still not clear if all the lances died. Im just sure that Bairon (my trash boyfriend) is still alive. Im sure they wont kill varay and also, I was hoping that the lances would grow stronger so they can fight and support arthur during a war between them and the asuras

oh yeah, and elijah isn’t a spy he was probably from alcrya but was brought to dicathen at a young age where he was then raised by the dwarves. When argona’s ppl saw that he had similar abilities to ppl of their own kind they took him, n now nico’s soul is in elijah’s body bc of argona’s experimentation. Just for proof, we also get a pov of elijah when the attack happens that proves that nico wasn’t in elijah until after he was taken therefore not making him a spy.
