Lol ngl it’s nice to see the plot starting to go in a different direction other than building family bond. It was getting really sweet how we keep seeing how much the Duke and son love the MC, but it almost made me forget that they’re a family of stone cold killers… I think it’s time to get a little more insight of that for The MC

I think it could be the dad too. He might slowly bring out the family traditions to the Mc to protect her and bring immunity it would make sense. But at the same time if we look at the how he previously contemplates that the Mc must not know their family’s dark side and he just earlier wants to be forever happy with her in this happy deluded world… I don’t think he would be the one
I think my bet is on the imperial families that are trying to go against the king and the Duke , who does all the kings dirty work. Since the Duke keeps getting in their way and might try to poison the Mc to get back at them?
This has been such a whiplash. It's turned from being fluffy to being an episode of Among Us or Agatha Christie mystery. Who's the culprit? I hope they actually go through the process on solving this mystery instead of just revealing who the villain is. I like this suspense

It could be the father?
For one thing, he could be seeing her as a weakness and he wants to make her Stronger by secretly slipping and poison in order to make her immune. Or he could be trying to get rid of her because he knows that she could be a weak link to his strength but that's not very likely. However he is suspicious.
It could be the emperor? After all he needs his most prized assassin to be sharp and ready and be ruthless at a moment drop without hesitation. So the emperor could be sus...
Could be the family from the hurt kid?
This is Vengeance for what Ian had done to their son and maybe they're targeting the family? So that family could be sus....
The maids could be doing it.
It could be the butler! After all he's been taking care of the books and then all of a sudden she wants to look into it? Just too many hands into the pie. Maybe they want to keep the power dynamics the way it is and kick her out of it? I would look into the household staff. We know at least one of them is working for one of the suspects and has been slipping poisoning in.....
