paulina gets sad and depressed and she got engaged w/ some dude(idk who lol I’m sorry) and something bad happened
then after she and the emperor got drunk and slept together for pregnant and she ran away and gave birth to their son
the emperor found them and insisted and took them in,,
and like i think they ended together like married and paulina is still a knight/marquess her title couldn’t be taken away cause the emperor made some changes w the law
now Paulina insisted on having his daughter (rebeccas kid the one who died) the next heir bc she was suited and she’d become the first empress/ female ruler
and her son became a knight and was on par w/ his position as his mom?(paulina) and is loyal to the throne/empress/sister
