HELP!!!

bl manga that involves a delinquent that always breaks the dress code and the school president(?) keeps telling him to fix his appearance but he doesn't. one day he over hears a group of girls and how one of them confessed to their senpai and it got her out of being nagged all the time so the delinquent ends up fake confessing to the school pres but they end up dating and then the school pres finds out he was lying about his confession. can anyone tell me what this manga is called?
