We will get to know more in upcoming chp as story is slow pace , but tht curse is done by tht girl who was monster and cursed their family (in chp -1) and as she get to know that last living blood line of this family is alive (tasara) she wants to kill him then she will be at ease but tasara has no intention of dying anymore so he is making snake to pretend to him outside (like transform himself as tasara) and tasara is planning something we will know more in upcoming chp . (Hope it's helpful enough)
