Well not really, if you're worried about some half ass romance interfering with the plot, then I can recommend that this manwha doesnt have that. MC doesn't care about any girls around him nor does it pull any crap where he accidentally makes a harem.

Okay so doctor rebirth? This is not true in the newest chapters, Hee stated that he didn’t want to end up with anyone cause he’s unsure of how to feel about his age and maturity and currently he’s dealing with ppl trying to make him become a King and is stressed. And he’s stressed about the blood missionary so like he even says he doesn’t have time for romance.

Honestly this is one of the few murim mangas where I dont mind the mc have a girlfriend or wife. With his goals I doubt it would interfere with it. Once it doesnt become a harem tho.
