Too lazy to go back and search but based on the screen and the scenes of their "sessions" that i remembered,
maybe he was the guy the mc went to for repairing the glasses with a camera attached to it. (cause it got wet i think)
The guy said it cant be repaired anymore. Maybe he lied or something.
