Some people are confused as I've read in the comments so ill do my best to summarize: spoilers!
Our heroine was an orphan living in modern day when she was hit by truck-kun and was transported to another world. In the new world she is basically a Spirit summoner who apparently doesn't have magic but can communicate with fairies and such. She is found by a doctor, hia apprentice, and an older lady. She haa lost her voice but people can understand her my guess by mouthing the words. She is living with the old lady when 2 people from the capital come and basically scope her put? One of which is the ild lady's son, they were not on good terms but thanks to our MC they make up. He sees her as his sister. The apprentice has fallrn for the MC and she likes him also, they have confessed and are basically together. i The other girl who arrives has a crush on the old lady's son and came to visit them under the pretext she will teach her about high society sincr MC will have to make an appearance at the capital. The girl sees MC is no threat and MC is so sweet they become friends.
Basically soft slice of life, no drama so far if y'all wondering. A nice quick read lol
