ikr!! that really annoyed me too. u kept pushing her away cuz u didn't like her actions before but u loved her when she changed?!!! tf is wrong with u!! u should be loveing her for who she really are not when she changed that's really got on my nervous
It actually hurts seeing this trope in so many other stories. Like the mc suddenly stops her affection to not be dead by ml/fl and then suddenly all the targets are madly in love with mc for leaving them alone and trying to survive. It makes it seem like ppl will only love you if you ignore them/completely change. I just wanna read one where the mc doesn't change completely but lives her own life and finds love with someone outside of the drama/story line
