Their friendship was broken... in a way.
Elijah has awoken his memories as Nico (best friend from his precedent life, who is revengeful 'cuz he thinks Arthur killed Cecilia (that's true, but she was the one who wanted it, but she didn't tell Nico so...) so until now in the novel they're still enemies.
But honestly that's not the saddest part in the story...

Goodness my heart to weak for this it just got heal when Claude and anthanasia reunited but this gone break it again
But I think that's okay, it gave Arthur a real goal, he became more determined, there is a good character development so it worths it

I haven’t been here till somebody spiked that the elf girl (forgot her bane cause she made me mad) did something to ruin his relationship with the boy who grew up with the dwarves(forgot since it been a while) and I would like to know did it happen and like does it happen on here as well cause like I can’t take that
