He is disgusted by nagi kissing him. Also the frames when looking at reiji half baked for a little too long.

Yall can say anything else but idk whatever logical explanation would identify his commitment and duty to reiji

    while i do think gen is very much twistedly in love with reiji, i think another thing that caused his loyalty to reiji is the manipulation caused by reiji’s mom and how gen feels guilty for playing a role into why reiji is the way that he is despite that gen cares about him
