The world is already unbalanced bc of the relics so they can pretty much break any law (not to mention he's a King) and its not like the government can do shit about it now xD its also not like he can talk things out with those kind of people so its easier to resort on doing bad things than actually abiding by the law (and morals). Those dudes break it more than he does anyway

(most of us if not all of us) We're definitely aware that some of his actions are wrong, it actually and literally wrong like kidnapping, slavery, scamming etc., But because we are aware of the "WHY" did that happened or "How" he actually came to decide to do it we seem to just let it slide, well also maybe because we know it's just a 'Story' or a Manwha.
