I'm not really seeing the issue with the art?
Chapter 1 has people without eyes, so I don't see how the artist got lazier or slacked off. And even if the art style changed, it's never bothered me.
I'm grateful to the uploader for providing us a decent read for this story, but the small notes picking on the story are bothering me. I don't mind the end notes, because I can skip them if they irritate me. But notes in the panels always catch my eye.
I probably sound ungrateful, but I'm allowed to say what I think. So when typing out any replies just keep in mind the words of Thumper's father from Bambi "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say nothin' at all."
