Hmm.. well, I'm not that 100% so sure about it, but reading some of the comments, I think it's more to do with how after Season 1, she no longer follows the novel plot (which I think is nice if she wants to explore the other characters) but then it's become quite evident, I guess, for a lot of readers how she pays much more attention on Jeanette's development? (coz they say she is her favorite character) but at the expense of the main character, Athy, as well as Claude, and even Lucas. As I understand, it feels like she was still planning to prolong Claude's "slumber" and not wake him yet.
As far as I know, Spoon has been following the novel plot in Season 1 (which fans/readers got hooked up, coupled with her top-tier art, WMMAP became popular), but then she starts deviating from it after Season 1, which I don't think is wrong because she has every right to experiment with her work. But the problem, I think, lies with how the story is going. I mean, I admit when I learned that Claude's slumber has taken sooooo long, I stopped reading this for a while.
If you want to understand this a bit more, I suggest you read the Novel Updates forum.. probably more the recent pages ~
So is it true that Spoon is trying to finish this manhwa this year at any cost?.. deciding to quit earlier than planned.
