I guess they're blaming him cuz of the fact that he's a male. Most still think that males getting raped isn't that much big of a deal compared to females getting raped. (I guess it also has to do with women getting pregnant, getting hurt while doing the deed, etc. -- like, compared to men, females have more to lose when getting raped).
