AnLe is already an adult cause he's no longer living at the orphanage.
Zhao Cai is a god who descended and is probably hundreds or thousands of years old. Plus in one of the chapters I remember him saying that he was given permission to descend to earth cause he was of the proper age. (=・ω・=)
